A situational analysis of the current supply chains social value offer and light touch 8-page report of the client’s strategy, policy and procedures and how these are linked to their Tier 2 and 3 suppliers.
A social value supply chain charter co-designed with the client and their Tier 2 and 3 supply chain.
Subsequent meetings with all suppliers to embed the ideation into delivery.
