Elizabeth Newman-Earl, Dr
Elizabeth, CEO of e50K Strategic Advisory, became inspired to champion social value development during her spousal deployment to Cyprus. Her PhD fieldwork highlighted the impacts of institutional determinisation on overseas army spouses.

Elizabeth has a substantial track record working in partnership with multi-national organisations, private, public and third sector clients to enhance their social value offer.
Elizabeth’s post-doctorate research (funded by UKRI) focused on supporting public engagement with those living with neurological conditions to empower and facilitate their involvement in academic research through co-design and co-production.
Prior to completing her research Elizabeth was much sought after for her extensive research in financial and professional services expansion projects.
Working with a national construction and facilities management organisation she successfully secured grant funding to develop the Consultancy’s sister company. This is a social enterprise not-for-profit to empower and engage with military communities based on five founding principles of engagement, education, employment, enterprise and environment (e50K).
Quincey Ankrett, APMP, CP
Quincey is an expert in the values-based growth and development of organisations. Her specialisms fall within bid management & writing, impact measurement & reporting, commercial return on social investment and co-design.

As a Director for e50K Strategic Advisory, Quincey works with a myriad of clients, of varying sizes (including incorporations, private businesses, and SMEs) to enhance their Value Creation offer.
Supporting teams to understand and fully utilize their current offering, as well as developing a bespoke program of change that can be embedded within long-term strategic planning.
In her capacity as an accredited bid writer, Quincey heads a team that supports clients to convey their social, economic and environmental programs through recognised framework methodologies to produce SMART initiatives that can be measured and reported upon in line with a company's Values.
For those companies without a definitive and developed Value Policy or Statement, Quincey works with all relevant company stakeholders to distil their company ethos into a formalised written document that can support future Value developments.
Rachael Ladd
As a Director for e50K Strategic Advisory, Rachael works with a myriad of clients, of varying sizes to enhance their Value Creation offer. Rachael supports organisations to understand, develop and deliver impactful projects.

Utilising her BA Hons (Interior Architecture). Rachael heads a team that delivers tangible, impactful, measurable projects that meet and exceed the initial brief.
The projects always consider the company's values; social, environmental and economic targets and both MACs and TOMs.
For those companies early on in their journey, Rachael’s team supports embedding a culture of Value Creation via projects that become a ‘thread’ through the company, which all employees can become involved with.
Richard Dennis OBE
Richard is co-founder and Director of e50K, with more than 30 years of leadership experience across the Defence and Security sectors. He specialises in helping businesses to think at the strategic level, to develop a clear understanding of their values.

Richard has a wealth of tools, techniques and practical advice to offer businesses ranging from major enterprises to SMEs and start-ups.
He specialises in helping businesses to think at the genuinely strategic level – encouraging them to refine their purpose and to develop a clear understanding of their values.
Before guiding them on a detailed exploration of where they want to take their business in the next stage of its development, where they are now and, critically, how get to from one to the other.
He holds an MBA from the Open University, is a visiting lecturer at the University of Huddersfield Business School and a Henley Business School qualified executive and team coach.
