This social enterprise's vision is to reduce the discrepancies between civilian and service life for military family members.
As committed military community members, we strive to provide an active voice and platform for those impacted by forces living. Our objectives are to:
Provide inclusive, local, bespoke projects across the British Forces estate.
Improve the lived experience for those who 'follow' their service personnel.
Enable active participation in community life for all.
We do this by creating a network of relevant and sustainable projects. We also provide opportunities to maintain, establish or train for career success.

Elizabeth is a recognised Social Value advisor with a substantial track record in working in partnership with multi-national organisations, the British Military and charities to enhance social value offerings and strategies. Elizabeth is Co Founder / Partner of e50K Consultancy working with clients to enhance their social value offer.
Prior to moving into Social Value consultancy Elizabeth was much sought after for her extensive research in financial and professional services expansion projects. Additionally, she delivered bespoke change management programmes for research-based consultancy businesses.
Elizabeth holds a PhD in Sociology and Critical Military Studies from the University of Essex, and a Master’s and BA (Hons) from the University of Kent.

Quincey is an expert in the growth and development of charitable organisations. With specialisms in bid writing, commercial return on social investment, values-based community development, Health & Social Care, Hospitality, and Adult Education, Quincey helps businesses and organisations to enhance their Social Value offer.
Quincey has a BA (Hons) from the University of Warwick and is accredited through the Association of Proposal Management Professionals.

Richard is a senior strategic operator and executive coach with extensive leadership and management experience in the defence, critical national infrastructure and security sectors. He specialises in supporting senior leaders and their teams to recognise and adjust to changing environments and lead transformational change.
An Infantry soldier for over 30 years, his operational experience ranges from Northern Ireland to the Gulf. Since leaving the Army, he's delivered a range of support across the Defence and wider Government sectors.
Richard holds an MBA from the Open University and executive and team coaching qualifications from Henley Business School and The Team Coaching Studio. He is a graduate of the Royal College of Defence Studies and the Defence Strategic Leadership Programme, Cranfield University.

Rachael is a fully qualified Interior Architect with over 15 years construction knowledge. Rachael specialises in Inclusive Design to co-create and prototype design solutions.
